Development

Custom software, from the first idea to its evolution

We design and build software for companies, industry and startups: from the web to apps, from management systems to shop-floor systems. We run the project in phases, from defining the goals to the release, and we stay close to the product as it grows.

Applications

The tools people use every day, in the browser, on their phone or at their workstation. Carefully designed interfaces, built to hold up to daily use.

  • Web applications

Custom platforms and portals, from interface design to domain logic, built to hold up to daily use.

    • Portals and reserved areas
    • Dashboards and internal tools
    • APIs and backend services
  • Mobile apps

Native and cross-platform apps with Kotlin, Swift and Flutter, from the first store release to the updates that follow.

    • Flutter for iOS and Android
    • Native Kotlin and Swift
    • Publishing and updates
  • Desktop apps

Programs for Windows, macOS and Linux, for the workstations and departments where the browser is not enough: fast, stable and able to work without a network.

    • Windows, macOS and Linux
    • Offline use and synchronisation
    • Connection to peripherals and devices

Business processes

The software that holds the company's work together: management systems built on real workflows and systems that finally talk to each other.

  • Management systems

Software that follows the company's processes instead of forcing it to adapt, with the workflows and roles that are really needed.

    • Master data and workflows
    • Permissions and roles
    • Reports and print-outs
  • System integration

We make systems that do not communicate today talk to each other: management systems, production machines, e-commerce, external services and internal tools, with APIs, connectors and data synchronisation.

    • REST APIs and webhooks
    • Synchronisation and migrations
    • Connectors to external services

Production and the field

Where the data is born: machines, sensors and devices connected to a platform that collects, processes and displays it in real time.

  • Industrial systems

Software for production: order progress, data collected from machines, traceability and warehouse, connected to the systems already present on the shop floor.

    • Production monitoring
    • Traceability and warehouse
    • Connection to machines and management systems
  • IoT systems

Connected devices and sensors that collect data in the field, with the platform that receives, processes and displays it in real time.

    • Data collection from sensors and devices
    • Real-time platform and dashboards
    • Alarms and notifications

Sales and online presence

The point where customers meet you: online shops and websites with care for performance, accessibility and search engine ranking.

  • E-commerce and websites

Online shops and corporate websites with care for performance, accessibility and search engine ranking.

    • Catalogues and payments
    • Performance and technical SEO
    • Integration with management systems

Method

How we do it

With a Lean and Agile approach: short cycles, frequent releases and priorities reviewed together as the product takes shape. Six things you will find in every project, whatever it is.

A first version, real from the start

We start from an essential but working version, to put in front of users within a few weeks. We invest where feedback justifies it, not on assumptions.

One step at a time

The software grows in small, verifiable increments: each cycle adds something usable, it is tried with the people who will use it and the course is corrected. No monolithic delivery at the end of the project.

DevOps and cloud

Infrastructure described as code, identical environments from development to production, automated releases and monitoring of what is running.

Security by design

Risk assessment, data protection and OWASP practices from the very first choices, not a check at the end of the work.

Ongoing maintenance

Software does not end at launch: a support agreement with defined response times, fixes, updates and new features over time.

Your code and your documentation

No technical lock-in that ties you to us: repositories, documentation and access remain yours from day one.

Journey

The phases of a project

From the idea to managing what is in production. Each phase has a concrete result to look at and discuss together before moving on to the next.

  1. Phase 01

Shaping the idea and the requirements

We start from what you want to achieve, not from a list of features. We listen, ask questions, look at how you work today and turn the idea into clear requirements, with the priorities in plain view.

  2. Phase 02

    Strategy and development plan

We decide together what to do first and what can wait, weighing feasibility, costs, risks and architecture. The result is a concrete plan: the scope of the first version, intermediate releases, timing and the people involved. You know what to expect and when.

  3. Phase 03

    Development

We work in short cycles. At the end of each cycle we deliver something working to try out, not a progress report, so you can revisit priorities while the product takes shape.

  4. Phase 04

    Testing

Automated tests on every change and checks together with you before every release: functionality, performance, security. Defects are found before they reach users.

  5. Phase 05

    Release

We go to production with automated, repeatable procedures, with no sleepless nights. We support the transition: data migration, training for the people who will use the software and the first days side by side.

  6. Phase 06

    Post-release management

We monitor what is running, handle fixes and updates within defined times and evolve the product with new needs, with the same team that built it.

Not just development

Writing code is one part of the job. Around the software there are AI features to integrate, people to train and technical choices a team may need a hand with: three paths we often run alongside a project.

The next step? We take it together

Whether you want to build software from scratch or grow a project that is already under way, we want to understand what you are trying to achieve. You do not need to have everything figured out: tell us about your idea, your doubts and the parts still to be defined. We guide you, with the right questions and concrete proposals, to work out where to start and how to move forward.
