A problem that blocks the release
A bug nobody manages to close, performance that collapses under load, an integration that does not add up. We step in, isolate it and solve it together with the team, explaining what we did and why.
Consulting
We do not replace your team: we extend it. We work on your code, with your tools and at your pace, within a scope defined together. When we leave, the team has one more skill, not one more dependency.
When it makes sense
Every engagement starts from a concrete problem. These are the most frequent ones, but we define the scope together after a first call.
A bug nobody manages to close, performance that collapses under load, an integration that does not add up. We step in, isolate it and solve it together with the team, explaining what we did and why.
Changing architecture, choosing a cloud, deciding whether to rewrite or evolve. We bring the experience of people who have already made these choices on other projects, with the pros and cons on the table.
The team is strong in one area and exposed in another: mobile, cloud, AI, security, code quality. We fill the gap by working on your project, until the skill is passed on to you.
A tech lead who leaves, parental leave, a peak in workload. One of our senior profiles takes the seat for the months needed, with an orderly handover at the start and at the end.
How we work
No hours sold sight unseen. First we understand the problem, then we propose an engagement with a goal, a duration and the people involved.
Phase 01
A call with whoever leads the team to understand the context, what is blocking you and what you expect at the end of the engagement.
Phase 02
A short document with the goal, scope, estimated duration and who will work with you. If the problem turns out to be different from how it looked, we say so.
Phase 03
We join your tools and your meetings. The work shows in the repository and in the decisions taken together, not in a report at the end of the month.
Phase 04
Documentation of what was done, sessions with the team on the new parts and availability for the questions that come up in the following weeks.
A few days on a specific problem, with a verifiable result.
Analysis of architecture, code or infrastructure, with an action plan ordered by priority.
One or more days a week inside the team, for an agreed period.
A tech lead or an architect covering an open position for a few months.
Whether you want to build software from scratch or grow a project that is already under way, we want to understand what you are trying to achieve. You do not need to have everything figured out: tell us about your idea, your doubts and the parts still to be defined. We guide you, with the right questions and concrete proposals, to work out where to start and how to move forward.
